Before joining Eventus, Rob was a Partner at Accenture, where in his last role he led Management Consulting work for one of their five largest global clients. Rob worked closely with clients to help them successfully address their most important challenges. In many cases, this involved some form of business transformation.

Sean comes to Eventus with 30 years of expertise in customer experience and contact center/BPO operations. Before joining Eventus, Sean was President and CEO of One Touch Brands. One Touch Brands is a provider of video chat solutions, with an emphasis in employee recruiting, healthcare, and financial service industry solutions.

Geoff Smyth is a Managing Director of Eventus, where he is responsible for the firm’s European business. He is an experienced C level leader and expert in customer experience operations and transformation.

Norm Blome is responsible for the firm’s finance and HR functions. Norm has over 30 years’ experience in senior finance and compliance positions. Norm started his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen.

Jeff Tropeano is a lifelong technologist, and a 13-year career contact center leader, bringing deep technology expertise to contact center operations. As an experienced leader in delivering and servicing cloud-based software technologies, his expertise is with CRM, customer experience design, technical architecture consulting, project management, and solutions implementation.
